Bed Information

All bedrooms are located on second level, two full and two queen size. We supply blankets and pillows so bring the linen, or we will furnish for additional charge.

Room Sizes

Living, dining, kitchen, back porch and two bedrooms are of medium size. Two porches on both levels are of large size. One and half baths with no tub, just a nice shower. Both on lower level.

Appliances

Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, television, vacuum and bags, refrigerator, stove and barbecue grill. No dishwasher, cloths washer and dryer.

Parking

Number of cars on site parking: two (2) Park in front of garage.

Beach Information

Cottage is on the water with sixty feet of private beach. Beach is of shale so bring along water shoes. Sandy beach within five minutes away, called Sandbar Bar State Park.

Boat Information

No boats are provided. Small boats are allowed on the beach and larger at the dock. Our dock length is thirty feet. Please no docking during rough water and after dark. Boats should be kept overnight at the marina for safety reasons. This marina also has a ramp for launching. Marina is located on right as you drive in from Rt. 2.

Sleeps six (6) to eight (8) people

• Bring bottled water; our water source is from the lake, not drinkable.
• Two ceiling fans, screened porch, BBQ gas and heater supplied.
• NO; Fireplace, woodstove, deck or patio, handicap accessible, smoking and pets.
